Venturing Committee News – May Newsletter 2008

          The Venturing Committee will again be meeting this month on the fourth Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.   All Crew Advisors are invited to join us.  Come and share the successes you have had with your crew along with the problems and concerns you’re facing.  We can’t promise to solve all your problems, but we will listen and between all attending perhaps we can come up with some ideas to help.  This meeting will be our last until August when we will start meeting again as summer is winding down and everyone is getting ready for a new school year. 

          Come to Scout Expo 2008.  It was decided at the March meeting that we, the Venturing Committee, are going to have a display at the Scout Expo on Saturday, May 3rd.  Please stop by our booth and see us.  Find out what we’ve been up to.  Find out about some of the exciting things you could be doing. 

          Do you have something to crow about?  Would you like to see your crew’s activities in the news?  Send in an article about what your doing along with a picture or two and we’ll get them put into the newsletter and on the website.
