INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE

OUR MISSION

"The Mission of the International Committee of the Potawatomi Area Council is to further the International policies and programs of the Boy Scouts of America and the World Organization of the Scout Movement, and to support the International programs and activities of the Potawatomi Area Council."

Training

The International Committee annually presents a Citizenship in the World merit badge clinic.  The instructional session is a half day Saturday session held two weeks prior to the individual session where the scout has a one-on-one meeting with a merit badge counselor for sign-off on the requirements.  The instructional session and sign-off meeting are usually held in February.  Please check the "Calendar" and "Flyers" (above) for the dates and sign-up information.

 

 Promotion

The International Committee promotes the World Jamboree and World Scouting

Activity Emblem

The International Activity Emblem can be earned by completing the requirements shown in the attached document.
